Whether it's tracking legislation, preparing briefings, or helping counties shape their voice at the Capitol, I focus on practical solutions that deliver results. My approach is simple: listen first, learn fast, and lead with clarity. My current work focuses on land use, housing, energy, and infrastructure—the issues that shape communities and require thoughtful, sustained attention. I bring strategy, communication, and consistency to the table, so counties can focus on doing what they do best: serving their communities. As an MBA Graduate from Utah Valley University, I continually refine my business acumen to complement my work in the public sector. Each challenge, each project, and each policy conversation pushes me to keep improving. When I’m not in a meeting or at the Capitol, you’ll find me training for an endurance race or spending time with my family, because growth never clocks out.
