I am a Talent Acquisition/Human Resources specialist with extensive experience providing both recruitment and human resources support and solutions effecting all facets of business at New Belgium Brewing Company. Responsible for the entire lifecycle of the recruitment process, including passive and overt candidate development tactics (including social networking), sourcing and research techniques, compensation review and recommendation, offer negotiation and follow-through on new candidate hires. My experience includes partnering with hiring managers to determine business needs, developing internal and external job descriptions, creatively sourcing candidates, developing talent assessment and succession plans, building deep candidate talent pipelines and databases, and managing vendor relationships. I am passionate about providing exceptionally qualified and culturally fit candidates to New Belgium, coworker development and developing policies to enhance our high involvement culture and employee engagement.
