About Kyle Kasper

Hello! My name is Kyle Kasper and I am a current senior finance major at Miami University's Farmer School of Business. During the school year, I serve as the Social Chair for Chi Psi Fraternity and as a bartender at Skipper's Pub. During the summer of '22, I worked as a door-to-door salesman for Palmetto Solar and educated homeowners on the environmental and financial benefits of solar energy. This experience was rigorous, but it taught me to persevere and to always get back up when knocked down. During this experience, I was able to earn Palmetto over in sales through my communication and networking skills. This last summer, I worked as an Educator (sales associate) for Lululemon in Toledo, Ohio. At Lululemon, I educated people on the benefits of Lululemon apparel and how it can transform your athletic experience. During my time at Lululemon, we had daily sales targets of at least This taught me to collaborate with my fellow Educators and figure out unique ways to achieve these targets. Currently, I bartend at Skipper's Pub during the school year to fill extra time. Skipper's Pub is a highly fast paced environment, so being able to achieve effective teamwork and communication are key during this role. Along with bartending, I serve as the social chair for Chi Psi. In this role, I work with a team to actively manage a budget of over There are around 100 members of Chi Psi, so being able to effectively communicate and lead the Alpha has been crucial to our success. This summer, I will be working at Owens Corning as a Finance Intern. During this role, I hope to build upon my skills in the finance sector and seek different ways to generate value for Owens Corning. Communication and effective teamwork are two skills that I pride myself upon, and my experience points exactly to that.
