I've been working in networks/networking for over 10 years at this point. Currently my role is related to primarily post sales, with a little bit of pre sale advisement mixed in. My role is to answer any technical questions, and assist client IT as necessary to implement whatever software was purchased in everything from simple small workstation enviroments to multi-site wide area networks. If necessary I also am fully capable of stepping into the Systems Administrator role for these clients temporarily, long enough to completely finish installing software that was purchased, configuring it to their desired specifications, and completely integrate it into their network. In addition I do a little training in regards to technical skills as necessary to help level 1 and level 2, as well as taking escalated calls when those levels of support are at an impasse, post implementation of software. Since I see a wide variety of network configurations I'm very comfortable in blended environments, with such operating systems as Android, OSX, iOS, and Windows.
