About Kyle King

Kyle King (he/him), is a counseling intern working towards his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Western Michigan University. His expected graduation date is Spring of 2025. Kyle is a white, cis-gendered man who uses he/him pronouns. Kyle was previously a CEO working to help build communities after graduating from the University of Illinois with bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Finance. He is familiar with helping people who are dealing with feelings of depression and anxiety or when going through transitional periods in their lives. Kyle’s goal is to empower people to find their voice, values, and spirit while helping them toward happiness and fulfillment. He strives to instill the courage to believe that dreams can become reality, regardless of one’s background or past experiences. He acknowledges that chaos is an inevitable part of life and that traumatic experiences affect us all in one way or another. He is committed to helping individuals strive to be the best version of themselves and to persevere through life’s challenges. My approach is rooted in the belief that personal growth and resilience are attainable through consistent effort and the willingness to rise after every fall.
