About Kyle King

My name is Kyle King; I have recently finished my Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice, and have a passion for helping people. I have been working in the field of Criminal Justice for 7+ years. I am passionate about my goals, and when I set a goal, I work very hard to finish it. I feel that I am a very strong leader, I listen to my team, which I feel is a very important trait to have when being a leader. I am determined and although I do have weaknesses, I do not quit. Having weaknesses in my opinion, makes me human, it allows me to become stronger and more appreciative of the job I am doing. These weaknesses however, do not have any impact on me completing my tasks on time. I prioritize my time according to my tasks. I understand that one task may be more important, but I work like each and every task is the same. I pride myself on doing exemplary work, I want to be able to lead by example and I do that by working the way I do. Strong communication, the ability to understand and know what someone needs or wants and priding myself on doing great work, gives some understanding as to who I am.
