With over 9 years of experience in the payments product industry and 16 years of banking experience, I am a seasoned product manager and prepaid cards expert. I most recently worked at Fifth Third Bank, where I managed all aspects of prepaid product and systems operations, road-mapping, delivery, documentation, testing, and compliance. I was also the point of contact for escalations, client management, vendor management, and inventory management. I am a creative problem solver and an operationally focused leader, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and customer experience. I have achieved recognitions for cost savings and revenue growth, significant FTE savings from process improvements, and portfolio growth via customer retention and relationship building. I enjoy being a subject matter expert and a go-to person that my peers can rely on for any assistance they need. I work well with a wide range of teams, and can effectively communicate with different stakeholders. My goal is to continuously seek new and better ways to enhance my products and expand their reach.
