I currently serve as a Loss Prevention & Inventory Control Analyst for Best Buy Western Canada Distribution and Logistics. In this role, I focus on ensuring inventory and financial accuracy across the Western Canada distribution center and all 100+ regional locations. My responsibilities include conducting detailed data analysis, supporting logistics operations, performing audits, resolving financial discrepancies, adjusting inventory variances, and implementing corrective measures to strengthen operational efficiency. Prior to this role, I spent seven years as an in-home, business, and retail technician specializing in home theater, audio, networking, smart home systems, security, and PC hardware/software. I provided consultations, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs across a wide range of technologies. The field of technology is an area where I hold both deep expertise and genuine passion. From 2014 to 2021, I proudly served in the United States Navy Reserves as an Operational Intelligence Specialist. In this capacity, I analyzed and disseminated intelligence to support leaders in assessing operational environments and developing strategies. I also took on leadership responsibilities, guiding teams through diverse intelligence-related tasks and operations. Across these experiences, I’ve built strong professional relationships and developed a reputation as an adaptive, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional.
