About Kyle Llorente

I've been working in the heavy industrial construction field now for 16 years. I started out as a helper in the piping field then soon advanced to pipefitting. Soon after I was comfortable that I had mastered the craft I started expanding my knowledge to other areas and started welding, and running heavy equipment. I have been in supervisory roles for the last 9 years. My experience comes from a variety of facilities. I've worked in Refineries, Chemical, Coal Burners, Steam Recovery Energy, Pulp and Paper, Pharmaceutical, Micro chip, food grade, Natural Gas Recycling, Compressor Stations, etc. I have worked in 46 states and two U.S Virgin Islands, and few countries. over time I have worked for numerous companies, all the way from your mom and pop shops to major International companies. large projects with over employees on new construction to working projects with 4 people performing turn key performance from engineering to installation. I love what I do. I just wish that the younger generation coming on board would have the same drive as my generation did on learning a trade. Knowledge is power and being a one dimensional craftsman is a thing for the past. There is to many multi billion dollar expansions now a days that craft training is put aside and people are getting top wages just to show up to fill a social security number for a company to get t and m money.
