Fifteen years of RF and mixed-signal design experience. Currently focusing on Read Out Integrated Circuit (ROIC) designs and managing senior engineering staff. Unit cell, ADC, digital counter, serializer, IO, and chip timing design experience. Main contributions include progressing Nu-Trek's engineering validation methodology to greater chip coverage, reducing design risk and design cycle time. Experience in analog, mixed-signal design/simulation, RF, verilog, synthesis, P&R. PMP trained. Solid RF design background for Military GPS receiver front-ends and anti-jam electronics. Responsible for IC specification/definition, IC design, overseeing layout, back-annotated simulation and layout modification, and IC electrical characterization. Also responsible for proposal writing, obtaining program funding, interfacing directly with the customer, and program management. My professional goals are to continue working on ROIC, RF and analog/mixed-signal circuits listed under my "Specialties". Specialties: RF design- LNA, VGA, Mixer, IF amplifier, PLL, and polyphase filter (PPF). All circuits are highly linear blocks for the anti-jam applications. Designed both wideband and narrowband systems. Most blocks were flexible with variable gain. Mixed signal design- Delta Sigma design, switched-capacitor design, OTA design, flash ADCs, and bootstrap switches.
