Leadership and problem solving are what drives me. I love dissecting problems with a team and working towards the common goal of solving that problem. Ever since I was younger my favorite question has always been, Why? Which is what led me to earned a Biology degree from Central Michigan University. My management style is based upon Servant Leadership, which was the foundation of the MBA program I complete at Cornerstone University in June 2016. I am currently the Program Director at Grand Rapids Metrology. While in my position, I have a proven record of revenue and profit growth. Growth has been achieved through increased team building, efficiency and through KPI metric analysis.
