About Kyle Marais

Netcare employee for the past 12 years. Currently serving as the Information Officer for the Shared Services Center and Netcare 911. I am based out of the Rivonia Sunninghill Ops Center and serve on the Netcare Change Advisory Board and Netcare Enterprise Architect Forums within the Netcare group. I have been involved in IT for the last 30 years and have enjoyed the challenges' both personally as a hobby and as a professional career. My main goals are to maintain effectiveness through out the IT landscape and Netcare Infrastructures under my management and adjusting effectively to work structures, processes and business requirements to ensure a proficiently maintained infrastructure both technically and operationally. To accomplish IT staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and guiding employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures of the Netcare group throughout staff behavior and conduct. Ultimately supplying business with a technically proficient Infrastructure and well adjusted IT Team & work force.
