About Kyle Massey

I began my journey like many others in the industry, starting as an apprentice and gradually ascending through the ranks over the years to complete my trade. During my tenure at Fine Design Furniture Australia, renowned for its emphasis on uncompromising quality, I honed my craft by crafting bespoke joinery pieces to perfection. Transitioning from hands-on work to a customer relations role at Multiform Joinery, specialists in countertops, provided me with a diverse skill set essential for business success. Overseeing internal operations and managing a team of 8-10 staff members for 3-4 years, I gained invaluable experience in operational management. An exciting opportunity arose to delve into the specialized field of solid surface fabrication, a realm where I thrived despite the steep learning curve. At Multiform, I spearheaded the development of this segment, achieving notable success within a relatively short span of time. As life evolved, so did my career aspirations. Seeking a more fulfilling and flexible role, I transitioned to Limetree Alfresco, where I had previously contributed to Corian installations. Embracing the unique challenge of operating outdoors, I took on the multifaceted role of Operations Manager, cabinet maker, and installer. Limetree Alfresco's innovative approach to durable and aesthetically pleasing outdoor products makes my work immensely gratifying.
