I am an highly-motivated leader with a desire to take on new challenges. My strong worth ethic, adaptability and exceptional interpersonal skills lend themselves to strengthening any team I work with. I also pride myself on being adept at working effectively and quickly mastering new skills. My proficient lean manufacturing background with a passion for continuous improvement, and reducing lead times would be a valuable asset to any organization. With over 18 years experience in a manufacturing environment, including 15 years in leadership roles, I feel that I provide great value as team member. Highlights- Utilized Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce the manufacturing lead time of our largest multi-million dollar AquaPlay structure by over 50%, from 21 days to 10 Days- Participated in a lean manufacturing consortium of companies who alternated hosting monthly tours for improvement plan workshopping and progress accountability- Took part in a Lean study mission to Japan to learn first hand the continuous improvement culture, techniques, and systems utilized by companies such as Toyota, Lexus, Toto, and Yamaha- Served as the Manufacturing representative on a company-wide team implementing the Microsoft D365 ERP system-Received my certificate in Production and Inventory Management from the Association for Supply Chain Management in 2020.
