This mindset was instilled in me by my role model, my grandfather Dennis Noel, who achieved great success as Grenada's Ambassador for the United States and was honoured with the Order of the British Empire. Growing up in a family business, specifically my mother's venture, Noel Limited, I developed strong analytical skills and attention to detail. From organizing customer receipts and checks to analysing data sets, I honed my ability to identify patterns and make informed decisions. These skills have even translated into my personal life, as I actively trade on the forex market, utilizing market trends, chart patterns, and risk management strategies. I firmly believe in the importance of preparation, which I learned through my experiences as a football team captain and during my internship at a law firm. Whether it's meticulously organizing documents for court proceedings or putting in the hard work during training sessions, being well-prepared and detail-oriented is crucial for success. Shadowing lawyers exposed me to the art of persuasion and the power of effective argumentation. Witnessing the lawyer in action during a sentencing hearing, I saw first-hand how clear, concise, and constructive communication can make a significant impact. I also learned the value of adaptability and empathy, as lawyers skilfully tailored their approach to meet the unique needs and emotions of their clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust.
