About Kyle McGowan

I am a passionate, politically involved biology graduate working in research who is constantly pursuing further education. My personal goals always aim to help others in any way I can. Whether the task is as large as helping to organize an international multi-site clinical trial or as small as helping a friend edit their essay, I’m always there. My scientific approach to problem-solving combined with extensive inclusivity and equity education awards me a very unique perspective to many situations and offers me with skills to gather information and solve any problem I face. I use a science-based approach to organization and this allows me to maintain strict order in my busy schedule. As a leader, I always maintain the utmost professionalism with the goal to be a person others can look up to, and approach without hesitation. My leadership style is built on my desire to bring my team-up. I take an education-based approach to leadership that teaches respect, compassion and encourages communication and full understanding of the tasks at hand.
