I became a registered builder for my strong interest in architecture and building. Successfully delivering projects in various scales and forms as head contractor gives me great satisfaction. I enjoy the process from initial engagement with architects/clients/consultants right through to the end product. I am involved throughout the entire project as Director and you will find me on site daily. Current Director of Building Base Pty Ltd. I am responsible for overall operation and direction of the company since operations commenced in 2016. Building Base delivers high quality building services to a variety of clients across the residential, commercial, mining, and government sectors. My position as Director involves strategic oversight spanning management, compliance, and on-site supervision of employees, sub-contractors, and consultants. I engage with various project stakeholders to achieve quality-built form outcomes. This leadership role demands strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills, whether addressing my team or liaising with local government and shire representatives, commercial clients, architects, and consultants. I have a strong skill set in innovation, management, governance, compliance, and strategy which is complimented by a proven track record delivering high quality-built form outcomes in all industry sectors. The long-term client collaborations I foster are built on performance, and professional integrity. My vision is to continue the growth of the company by delivering projects for clients on time and budget that exceed expectations.
