About Kyle Mindt

Over the last decade I have built a strong foundation in the complete understanding of Finance, HR and Compensation. My true passions lie in data-driven decision making. Over the last 2 years I have built, from scratch, an entire base-pay administration and internal consultative program to assist in hiring, career progression and budget planning. The value add to any organization from this is astronomical. From a visible Compensation program comes both internal and external equity. This also forms a true 1:1 value relationship between employer and employee. As a student of Marketing at Western Washington University I have developed many skills that mend my vast experience of customer service with analytic and creative abilities. I have learned how to implement integrated marketing plans, written blogs on digital marketing topics (https://kylemindt.wordpress.com/), and found a passion for analytics to foster growth in any type of organization. Further than my education, I have worked deeply in eCommerce sales using skills including database and sales platform management. I have always had a great passion for numbers and a high interest in financials which has more recently lead me to become a seasoned veteran in Accounts Payable.
