I have a passion for finding creative solutions to complex customer and employer problems through innovative project management. I analyze and collaborate with team members to manage and grow corporate portfolios. To accomplish these results, I focus efforts on team building and quick adaption to systems and processes. The passion for solutions has led me to dual major at The Pennsylvania State University. The pairing of a Corporate Innovation and Project Management degree has opened doors to many additional resources. I have studied Organizational Behavior, Project Management, Strategic Leadership and Innovation Management. Pursuing these degrees has shown me that there is so much more to learn. The persistence of life long learner remains with me and is utilized in my personal and professional life. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives. I educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person. I stay calm when faced with adversity and focus on high-quality decisions.
