About Kyle Monster

For nearly two decades, I have been involved in some form of IT Support. From customer, to desktop, to enterprise, to data center, to applications and more. I've seen a lot of industry change over the years and have grown a lot in this space. What I've learned is that, if one is technically minded, team oriented and not adverse to change, IT problem solving can be an incredibly rewarding and satisfying discipline with perpetual technological change keeping it challenging and interesting. A good balance of skill, interest and environment has been the main factor in my success. For the past few years I have been working more in the IT project space as a project manager, business analyst, technical lead or, sometimes, all three on any given project. My passion for business analysis is the driving force for this new chapter in my development. I had my first experience with business analysis early on in my career and was immediately interested in the discipline. I'm glad I waited a while and gained so much experience in so many other IT support roles before venturing into it. It has absolutely made me a better business analyst and project manager.
