I am an optimistic, persevering, goal-driven, medical device software quality engineer. I firmly believe challenging myself is a choice made every day. Three things I pride myself on are locating inefficiencies in seemingly efficient processes, habitually pursuing opportunities to learn about unfamiliar subject matter, and promoting a work environment that facilitates the success of team members. Examples of these principles include (but are not limited to)-Department-wide implementation of previously unfamiliar SolidWorks features to improve overall Cost of Goods and Quality Control-Development of interactive data analysis Excel worksheets that link SQL Database entries with easy-to-read, graphical representations of time-dependent quality and production data- Acquiring sufficient knowledge of TestComplete, Helix, JAMA, Matrix, Zephyr, Squish, and other software ALM and testing tools to verify and validate a large variety of medical device software products- Implementation and administration of recurring team leadership meetings intended to support and augment functional management team competencies and promote an environment of managerial growth.
