About Kyle Morgan

I am passionate about many things. I am involved heavily in outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, snowboarding, and camping (among many other things). I also have a couch potato side to me, I enjoy watching movies and playing video games (I am a huge video game fan). Many people have their livelihood intertwined with their profession and this causes many people to become stressed constantly and unpleasant to be around. Me on the other hand, I do the job and I do it to the best of my ability; but I also try to minimize stress at all cost and I do this by reminding myself that I have a life outside of work. Contrary to what many would think this actually makes me a better employee because I get along with all my coworkers. Who would you rather work with somebody who is unpleasant and abrasive or somebody who gets the job done and is still able to joke around at the end of the day. The way I feel is that a more positive work environment is a more efficient and effective work environment. What I am looking for in a position is being in a friendly work environment. I will always try my hardest at my position, but I would really like to work with friendly and collaborative people. This will help everybody because friendly people work very well together and it eliminates turnover from one hating their job and looking else where. I would not ask for a large starting salary because I am investing in myself. I know that once I start working somewhere, the employer will see my work ethic and I will hopefully be promoted over time.
