About Kyle Moss

I am a Corporate Finance Director at Euroz Hartleys Limited. Working in Euroz Hartleys' Corporate Finance team, my predominant focus is providing commercial advice to, and assisting with raising funds for, companies pre-IPO (seed raisings), during the IPO process and post-admission onto the ASX. I have assisted clients in all industries execute on successful equity raising and M&A transactions and I value having strong and long-lasting relationships with my clients. I see my role as helping bridge the gap between visionary leaders and investors. While I find satisfaction in navigating and advising on different financial structures for different transactions, I'm equally passionate about the stories behind the clients I work with. I believe that every company has a unique narrative, and my goal is to assist each of my clients tell theirs.If I had to choose an industry I have a particular interest in it would have to be assisting companies in the broader healthcare industry (includes biotechnology, diagnostic & medtech). I'm passionate about advancing this industry in Australia as a way of trying to give back to the Community by utilising my specialised skillset. I hope to play a small role in helping advance Australian healthcare innovations and technologies to the world stage.I have a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Commerce degree (majoring in Finance) from the University of Notre Dame Australia, although I completed part of my degree at Purdue University in Indiana (USA). I was previously a corporate lawyer providing advice on IPOs, backdoor listings, mergers & acquisitions (private & public), public and private equity capital raisings and regulatory compliance with the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.
