About Kyle Murray

I’m a People and Culture professional with a diverse career journey, starting in the healthcare sector where I gained valuable insights and experiences. More recently, I’ve expanded my expertise by transitioning into a new sector with SANTOS, where I’m focused on driving innovation, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and optimising processes to ensure our team remains agile and future-ready. In addition to my professional work, I’m an active volunteer and serve as a State Council Member for the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) in South Australia. In this role, I help organise events, share best practices, and support HR professionals’ growth and development across the region. I also mentor HR students at UniSA, helping guide the next generation of HR leaders. Holding a Bachelor of Business Management in Human Resource Management, I developed critical leadership and collaboration skills through my involvement in the UniSA Human Resource Business Club and UniSA Women in Business Club.
