My objective is to provide as much input and support to the business as possible using the knowledge I have acquired through my experiences. Influencing growth is one of the most motivating aspects of being part of a team and I believe I can provide a valuable piece of that puzzle. I look forward to continuing to build on my experiences in a professional environment that encourages creative thinking, focused goals and above all a collaborative and open minded team of people. Personal Strengths: Flexibility- Demonstrated the ability to quickly pivot based on new priorities & strategies. Always willing to put the business priorities first and be available for management during unexpected circumstances. At BevMo, I have successfully worked under 3 store managers, during a business merger and entering in/emerging from COVID pandemic times. Teamwork- Participated in several team projects where it was important to communicate expectations, ask questions, deliver on commitments and manage through different personalities. Leveraged this skill in the workplace at BevMo, providing direction and guidance to team associates to ensure daily activities were completed according to management expectations. Eager to learn- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the beverage and spirits industry and was able to confidently engage with customers with strong recommendations across departments. Academically, I sought and successfully completed many exploratory classes including Graphic Design, Statistics, Communication design and Photography. Time management skills & prioritization- Managed time across multiple projects and priorities. Did not miss classes and placed academics over personal interests. On a daily basis, balanced multiple tasks and maintained focus in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment. I am a reliable employee with a dependable work ethic.
