Experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer with a strong focus on systems stability, endpoint management, and technical problem-solving across Microsoft-based environments. I’ve worked across a broad range of infrastructure tasks - everything from Intune and M365 administration to escalated user support, patching, and backend troubleshooting. I take pride in clear, methodical work and a deep understanding of the systems I support, often stepping in as an escalation point for complex or persistent issues. While I’m comfortable working across multiple layers of IT support, I gravitate toward roles where I can focus on the technical delivery and problem resolution side, rather than direct client-facing or onsite responsibilities. My ideal position is remote, with clear responsibilities and the space to focus deeply and deliver clean, reliable outcomes. That said - I'm flexible where it counts and happy to collaborate as needed to support the broader team.
