I lead, build and inspire high performing design teams in fast-paced, rapidly changing start-up environments, operating in ambiguity and complexity. I love learning new things, and helping design a path to the future. I am a creative problem solver that loves to ideate, create design vision and strategy, and continually learn. I lead with kindness, am deeply curious, and bring a thoughtful approach to me and my team. None of this can be done alone - it is accomplished through strong collaborations, trust and the amazing teams I have had the pleasure to work with. I am a self-starter. I don’t believe in heavy processes, I would rather get stuff done. I have a rare blend of technical thinking paired with creativity.
