About Kyle Neal
Being a former collegiate athlete I bring a very dedicated attitude toward Physical Education and Health. I have learned many skills and qualities through my baseball career. While my playing career has slowed down, my coaching career has taken off. As a graduate assistant for Indiana Wesleyan my first year and three years following, combined with my experience on the playing field, I feel that I have learned the skills to build a successful program in any community. I have a passion for baseball that was acquired at a very young age. My desire and goal is to build a baseball program in a community that can contend for a state title year after year. I also have a desire for strength and condition. I invision building a strong weight lifting program for all sports at my future High School. I believe that success begins in the offseason. This means the more time you spend getting stronger and perfecting the fundamentals in the offseason, the easier it is to focus on winning during the season.
