About Kyle Nelson

I don't want to be right, I want to get it right", a quote with the simple sense of wanting to make the best decision possible that would create the best outcome not only for the immediate day, but for the distant future. This has become the way I've approached problems throughout life and notable in my work. Through my childhood I was lucky enough to grow up around auto racing which is where I learned not everything goes to plan. It has taught me to be humble because throughout life things will happen and 'parts will break'. I learned to evaluate situations, find the best solutions, and move forward swiftly and efficiently. In my stint as UTV Technical Manager at Transmerican Auto Parts, my team and I grew the category by double digits year over year. While attending the biggest UTV shows in the states, the UTV community quickly learned that every 4WP retail stores supported many of the largest UTV manufactures in the industry. In 2020, I was promoted to working with more accounts and handling vendors not only within UTV, but within the automotive realm of the business. As many of these new accounts had more data to manage, I started my work with renegotiating contracts equating to 6 figures of extra income for the company. As a leader, I look forward to using my business, marketing, sales, and social skills to build growth, relationships, and empires within the companies I team with. I see the automotive industry as a place where I can strive and help build innovation that would rival any tech startup. I always aim to be the best employee, co-worker, friend, but more importantly, human being.
