Hi, I’m Kyle and I help machine shops run more efficiently. As a career machinist, not only do I strategize to develop tactical machine layout and supply management protocols, I also write code and create programming efficiencies that result in improved processes, faster outputs, and top-quality products. With over 10 years of experience as a Machinist, Machining Supervisor, and as a Tool and Die Maker, I’ve created precision parts and tools for the automotive, aeronautical, and ventilation industries. As a consummate machining professional, I taught myself G-code and M-code as well as program formatting and construction. Below are a few of my more notable career accomplishments: I increased machine productivity by as much as 500% as a Tool and Die Maker. I refined programs to save $30k in my first month as a CNC Machinist Supervisor. I challenged machine capabilities to maximize production and lower cost throughout my career.
