About Kyle Osborne

Hi! My name’s Kyle, I’m currently leading design research in the loyalty space at the largest bank in Canada. I have 4 years of experience conducting research in the finance and education space and also have experience in product management and sales. I consider research to be a crucial part of the product lifecycle and necessary for de-risking not just design, but also strategic business decisions. I believe properly implemented research allows organizations a competitive edge and necessary awareness of where they sit in the market. I’m experienced in leading end to end research, but also democratizing research practices, championing for accessibility and maintaining research ops programs. You can read about my most recent talk from Maze Disco Conf here https://maze.co/discoconf/. And if you’d like to chat you can schedule a time in my calendly https://calendly.com/workbykyle/15min :).
