I’m a driven and people-focused banking professional with deep experience in sales leadership, relationship management, and customer service. In my current role as a Vice President Virtual Relationship Manager I work with business owners to deliver strategic financial solutions that streamline operations and support long-term growth. Over the years, I’ve managed high-performing teams, coached them to exceed challenging targets, and earned recognition with multiple Market All-Star Awards and a Circle of Excellence Award. My passion lies in building solid relationships—whether it’s through helping businesses secure the funding they need to thrive or guiding teams to deliver excellent customer experiences. I believe in consistently embracing new technology and data-driven insights to stay ahead in this ever-changing industry. Through community involvement and proactive networking, I strive to support local businesses and make a positive impact in the markets I serve. Outside of banking, I’m a strong advocate for continuous learning, having completed various certifications—including the Harvard Manage Mentor series—to sharpen my leadership, coaching, and presentation skills.
