About Kyle Pearson

Kyle has considerable experience in project feasibility studies, due diligence for acquisition and financing, and in providing expert opinions and technical litigation support. His consulting practice has included engagements to evaluate natural gas contract disputes, perform technical and revenue settlement audits of gas purchase and processing agreements, and complete due diligence on natural gas and petroleum product pipeline, processing, and storage facilities. He has provided expert reports and testimony on a number of matters, including marketability of natural gas, typical operating practices at production and processing facilities, and the causes of pipeline and processing accidents. Kyle is a registered professional engineer in Texas, and has testified in State and Federal courts, as well as international arbitration and settlement hearings.
