About Me Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for problem-solving define my professional journey. From ensuring the seamless gameplay of one of the world’s most popular games to bridging gaps in tribal behavioral health services, I thrive at the intersection of technology, communication, and community impact. As a QA Tester with Lionbridge, I spent over a year and a half diving into the action-packed world of Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile—quality and ad-hoc testing every pixel and feature to deliver an unmatched user experience. Prior to that, I worked on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, helping fine-tune its functionality and usability before its blockbuster release in October 2022. My role demanded precision, quick thinking, and relentless collaboration to meet the high standards of a global gaming community. Now, in my role as Provider Outreach Specialist – Tribal Liaison at Magellan of Idaho, I apply those same skills to serve a greater purpose. I work closely with Idaho tribes, Indian Health Services (IHS), Medicaid, and the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (IDHW) to enhance access to behavioral health services. By fostering partnerships, advocating for tribal sovereignty, and delivering culturally sensitive solutions, I help ensure that care reaches those who need it most. I’m also a published author of The Quest of the Four Chiefs for the Book of Heaven, a historical children’s story celebrating Indigenous resilience and faith, as well as Start Here: A 10-Day Devotional for the New Christian Believer. Through my writing, I aim to inspire readers of all ages to explore truth, history, and spirituality. Whether I’m navigating the fast-paced gaming industry, tackling behavioral health challenges, or crafting stories to inspire the next generation, I bring a blend of technical expertise, storytelling, and heartfelt purpose to everything I do.
