I help clients navigate complex, high-stakes investigations, from fraud and bribery to money laundering and corporate misconduct. With over a decade of experience in financial crime and regulatory law, I act for corporates and individuals facing investigation by authorities in the UK and internationally. Many of my clients are dealing with sensitive, business-critical issues where strategy and discretion are paramount. I regularly lead internal investigations, advise on voluntary self-reporting to regulators, and bring private prosecutions. I also support clients to strengthen their compliance and anti-financial crime frameworks, with tailored AML advice backed by my CAMS certification. I also conduct private prosecutions representing victims of crime and I am a member of the committee for the Private prosecutors Association. I also represent High Net Worth individuals faced with general crime matters including allegations of sexual offences. As Co-Head of our Sport sector team, I also work closely with clients in the sports industry, on both regulatory and criminal matters.
