About Kyle Piper

Kyle has been an Assistant Landscape Architect since 2016, having graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Landscape Architect & Design from Leeds Beckett University. During his studies, he received a Landscape Institute accredited award for Outstanding Project Work in his final semester. Since starting his career, he has gained experience with influential, boutique firm One Associates, based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK. During his time at One Associates, Kyle was involved in a range of multidisciplinary project work, from small-scale projects such as private garden design all the way through to the master planning large-scale, public space projects including university campuses. He also contributed to a variety of residential, public realm, health, education and recreation projects during his time with One Associates. Kyle has already gained exposure to the full spectrum of project development, from concept stage to construction. On occasion, he has swapped his pencil for a pitchfork and got his hands dirty on site, witnessing a plan on paper coming to life. He has developed the ability to prepare master plans, construction drawings, planting plans and a variety of rendered graphics while working to a live deadline. Kyle can confidently prepare a diversity of drawings, documents and presentation material, which he has demonstrated throughout his career. From these experiences Kyle has developed a strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure, whilst working as part of a team.
