With over 10 years of work experience in the metals industry, I am a seasoned sales and marketing professional with a passion for delivering value to customers and stakeholders. My core competencies include technical sales, supply chain management, customer relationship management, and project management. As a Sales & Marketing Manager for the Aerospace & Defense sector, I lead a team of talented inside sales representatives and oversee the account management activities for our key customers in this strategic market segment. In my current role, I work with a cross functional team to ensure our volume and revenue goals are met on a monthly and quarterly basis. I monitor quote activity, order entry rates, and on-time delivery performance, and provide feedback and coaching to my team members. I am also leading several project initiatives in support of our sales operations and the replacement of our legacy ERP system, helping to drive continuous improvement across the organization. I leverage my skills in technical sales, supply chain management, teamwork, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to deliver optimal solutions to our customers and support the growth and profitability of our business unit.
