Previous and current project work include delivering services that provide multilingual support & managing a dispersed workforce, local and geographically. Wide and varied exposure to many enviroments such as Windows & Linux, Database management, MedTech, FinTech, Active Directory, MSC, Azure, AWS, GCP & more. Managing daily project operations and teams in regard to resourcing, training, capacity planning, WFM, strategic initiative's, continuous service improvements, finances, employee statisfaction and client satisfaction. Most importantly, I get to work with amazing people every day and see many learn and develop as they take on their own career within the I.T sector. Graduated from LYIT with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management and furthered my education by completing a HDip in Conversion in Computer Science in 2021. Various industry related certifications obtained to date such as IBEC managing People, SixSigma & ITIL Service Operations v3.
