Entrepreneur, Event Designer. In 2017, I co-founded and have been the Creative Director at Gaslight Events Company, Inc. Collaborating with HIP Developments and the City of Cambridge, we created Gaslight Square, Waterloo region's largest outdoor public square. It features free programming, an outdoor stage, the country's largest outdoor video wall, multiple art installations, artist studios, retail shops, and concert venues. Since 2019, I have worked closely with the government, notable business leaders and community organizations including the Cambridge Symphony, the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation, and Waterloo Region Tourism. In 2023 I officially joined the City of Cambridge Arts and Culture Advisory Committee to continue promoting tourism and hospitality, arts and culture. The journey started with humble beginnings. At age 15, I opened my first business, a DJ and Production company, and worked to earn the Canada Trust Scholarship for Community Leadership and Academic Achievement. After completing a Fine Arts degree from the University of Waterloo, where I focused on painting and sculpture from The Event Firm, a full-service event management company was born, paving the way to the present.
