About Kyle Rein

Electronics Retail/Support has been my niche for years when I first started at Best Buy as a Sales Associate in the Gaming Department. My experience in technology was more than adequate, I began adding hardware to stock PC machines and selling them as bundles for gamers mostly. I was quickly transferred to Computer Sales for a few months before being taken straight to Geek Squad. Regrettably, I had to move and was unable to maintain employment there. I took a break from retail for a little over a year and made my reappearance at Staples. My job with Staples has been a fantastic one, it helped me develop as a worker and a person. The people I have met there have impacted me more than any job I've had before. Unfortunately, my professional desires exceeded my environment. I began work with Convergys in 2017 for about a year doing Technical Support before I went through a serious bout with a medical condition I have and was forcibly released while on medical leave. I was able to return under the new company, Concentrix, where I have since excelled. Starting with Customer Support concerning Digital Purchases, then added on Phone Technical Support. Then I joined an Agreement Management department concerning the backend management of protection plans and various administrative tasks required to correct data errors. After this I was added to the Pay department which is essentially support for an NFC platform for contactless payment coupled with various additional features including Transit passes, gift cards, etc. I was made a specialized trainer who oversaw nesting classes who had just exited their training class, guiding them through their first two weeks of calls for new hires or others joining new lines of business. And finally I was made a Senior Advisor, essentially the end of the line for support in any one of these aforementioned LOBs. I LOVE helping customers but I have found my real passion in helping my colleagues excel. I can confidently say I want to take my skills to being a full-trainer. Though I'm not saving lives or something else more meaningful, but I feel like I can do great things with the skills I have. I would simply like nothing more than to make a devastatingly positive change in the world and leave behind a legacy of excellence for others to admire and pursue for themselves. An NDA prevents me from discussing the Client's name or Specialized names for Departments and Services mentioned above. I can only say they one of the largest technology providers/developers in the world.
