About Kyle Riepl

I have learned a great deal in my lifetime already. I may not have every tool that I want at the moment, but I will always be striving to gain such tools. I want to be able to have vast knowledge on many things. I also have other goals. One of these goals is to expand my networking tree for business. Another goal of mine to expand my interests. My main interest right now is sports. This is why I am interested in the business side of sports. I have experience in two different areas, which will help me in my next adventures out of college. These experiences are in the food business and the retail business. I worked in a fast paced environment at Culvers for a year and a half. This experience helped me improve my work efficiency and time management. I have also worked at Menards for a year. Menards has helped me become a team leader and it has taught me a great deal in customer service and customer engagement. My main skills would have to be customer service and work efficiency. These skills help me grow myself and grow the company. My secondary skills would have to be being a team leader and time management. Being a team leader is very important and complicated job. A team leader can make or break a team. Time management is very important when you have a timeline to get a job done.
