About Kyle Robinson

Founder of The Robinson Group, brokered by eXp Realty, LLC is a top producing realtor, an innovative professional, and a life success mentor. Prior to real estate, Kyle graduated in 2009 from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s in Finance. After which, he pursued several successful business ventures in various industries. In 2013, Kyle Robinson returned to the QC looking for his next adventure. The desire to maintain a level of flexibility, work-life balance, and satisfaction; he decided to niche a career in real estate. A QC native, Kyle was born and raised in Bettendorf, Iowa. Kyle, an alumni of Pleasant Valley High School, grew up with a deep admiration and respect towards his mother. He said, “She was an extremely hard worker and broke a lot of barriers during the 1970s through the 1990s in a male-dominated field.” Sadly, Kyle’s mother passed away when he was just twelve years old. This event transformed his perspective, he no longer took things for granted. In fact, it pushed his entrepreneurial spirit harder to achieve recognition in the real estate industry. A go-getter and savvy negotiator, Kyle’s real estate efforts have brought him much joy and success. Kyle’s daily focus is centered on delivering the highest level of service through his real estate team. He enjoys watching them achieve great success, while avoiding the pitfalls in the business. When asked what his goal is for his team, he replied, “My ultimate goal is to see my team become both professionally and personally successful. I want them to have a work-life balance without working eighty to ninety hours a week and being miserable, like I was.” He also shared that creating a team has allowed him to leverage his time and has also opened the doors to other opportunities. When asked how he would like to be remembered, Kyle said, “I want to be remembered for being the best at what I do. I want to be known for building an extensive network of top-tier successful realtors, with the highest-level of ethical integrity.” Kyle began his business ventures in 2010 with his first business purchase. He later joined Ruhl and Ruhl in 2013. By 2015, he achieved top salesman in the office among several hundred agents, earning the same title in 2017 and 2018, respectively. Top Listing Agent (2016-2018), Top Sales (2016-2018), and Top Referral Associate (2019), Top Team of the Year for the Robinson Team (2018), Best of Zillow (2019-20), and most recently eXp’s Icon (2019-20) and Mega Icon Award (2020, 2021).
