About Kyle Rousseau

My passions for learning, health, and self growth along with my aptitude towards problem solving and scientific reasoning has led me down an unforeseen and exciting road! My scientific interests led me to complete my Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary with experience in the oil and gas industry. Since completing my degree, I have followed my passion for health and wellbeing to the foundations of what makes us healthy; the field of sleep and sleep technology. My desire for learning and growth has guided me to dive deep into the world of sleep and earn the credentials of Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) and Certification in Clinical Sleep Health (CCSH) from the BRPT, Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) from the ABSM, and Somnologist-Technologist from the ESRS. I am constantly in awe of the effect sleep has on our daily lives and how the technology we have today can be so influential in the diagnosis, tracking, treatment, and improvement of our sleep!
