About Kyle Sanders

As a Master of Real Estate student at Texas A&M University's Mays Business School, I am passionate about pursuing a career in CRE. I have a strong foundation in marketing, having obtained my bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Mays Business School in 2022. Following my passion for real estate, I pursued a job as an Email Marketing Coordinator at David Weekley Homes after graduation. In my role at David Weekley, the largest private home builder in the United States, I was responsible for creating, distributing, and analyzing email campaigns using HTML/CSS coding, scheduling email campaigns, and distributing marketing emails to an audience of tens of thousands. I also utilized third-party data visualization software Domo to track email campaign analytics and troubleshoot code. Prior to this, I served as Marketing Lead at the Thomas & Joan Read Center for Distribution Research and Excellence, where I developed marketing campaigns, managed social media accounts, utilized CRM software, updated the website using WordPress, and engaged in cold calling to increase web traffic and awareness. My technical skills include graphic design with Canva and Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Lightroom, as well as HTML/CSS coding. I have also completed coursework in data visualization with Tableau and Domo. In the world of commercial real estate, I am passionate and/or interested in learning more about topics including value-add, development, and valuation. In my free time, I enjoy photography, automotive journalism, and playing my guitar.
