About Kyle Scaccia

I am a Senior at the University of Iowa, in the Tippie College of Business, working towards my bachelor's degree in Marketing followed by a sales track. Through my different experiences as a varsity golf team captain, fraternity member, and the founder of Flip Flops For Hope (a charity to help underprivileged families in the Dominican Republic), I've learned a lot about being a leader and organizationally how to pull people together to help solve problems. Each day comes with many opportunities to learn and grow as an individual. Taking risks and failing is something that helps me learn how I can be better. Communication with peers and mentors is something that I highly value. An environment where people are constantly communicating is an environment that succeeds and learns from their mistakes.
