About Kyle Schwarz

I have over 17 years of leadership experience and over 10 years of experience in search and recruitment. After a successful career in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, I became a recruiting account executive, building my career across industries by placing transitioning military veterans into the corporate space. I have placed professionals in a variety of technical and leaderships roles with a focus on the manufacturing, technology, chemical, financial, food & beverage, health and life sciences industries across the United States. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science Degree in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. I was also a member of the United States Naval Academy Drum & Bugle Corps. I am serving as a mentor and guide to prospective US Naval Academy midshipmen as a Blue & Gold Officer. I am an Eagle Scout and active volunteer for the Boy Scouts of America as Den Leader for my son's Cub Scout Den. I also support Force Blue, an organization committed to uniting the community of Special Operations veterans with the world of marine conservation for the betterment of both.
