I am a collaborative leader with a focus on process improvements, efficiency and financial conservancy. I have the ability to manage and motivate both small and large teams, enabling a positive and encouraging environment. I am affable and courteous, making me particularly adept at creating strong and long-lasting strategic partnerships. I am well versed in the coordination and implementation of admissions and fundraising plans from inception to completion to ensure a quality outcome. In my current role as Manager of Dignity Operations of Guidestone Financial Resources of the Southern Baptist Convention, I successfully acquired 20+ new donors through presentations at annual Mission: Dignity Sunday's fundraising event resulting in an additional $25k in annual donations. By overseeing the implementation of needed process improvements, I was able to reduce the operating budget an average of 5% annually, bolstering efficiency and effectiveness. During my time as Associate Director of Admissions Operations at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, I oversaw the administration of new policies and procedures, expanding new student admissions by 25%. I currently hold a Master of Divinity in Theological Studies and will complete my Doctor of Philosophy with an emphasis in Church History from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in December, 2023. I have also been awarded the Al Fasol Preaching Award as well as the James Leo Garret Historical Theology Award.
