About Kyle Sharp

Throughout my experience as an entrepreneur and intrapreneur my goal has been to contribute to success of organizations through people. This people focus can be seen in my work in developing and delivering effective development sessions as a facilitator, individual coaching, or through effective systems. Utilizing agile and scrum approaches to project and system management has allowed for many endeavors to exceed expectations. I am a believer in the power of teams to accomplish more than the individual members could accomplish on their own. This can been seen through my time developing and managing the University of Arizona College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Career Center day to day operations and presentations, this included skills development presentations, individual coaching, event planning/execution, and stakeholder engagement. In my experience as a Learning and Development Consultant I was able to lead teams which provided an exceptional experience for team members across the enterprise on multiple occasions.
