About Kyle Shupp

With over four years of experience in program management and healthcare administration, I am passionate about improving adolescent health and immunization outcomes across the life span. I have a Master of Public Health degree from Rutgers University, with a concentration in Health Systems and Policy, and a Mini-MBA in Healthcare Management from Rutgers Business School. As the Program Manager of the Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, I am responsible for the non-clinical operational functions of the division, including the facilitation and management of the division's grant-funded projects. I also contribute to the preparation of grant proposals for additional funding, and represent the division on internal and external stakeholder meetings. Previously, I worked as a Program Director and Senior Program Manager at the New Jersey Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, where I led the New Jersey Immunization Network and regional recruitment and education efforts for the statewide Pediatric Psychiatry Collaborative. I have participated in the development and implementation of curriculum for quality improvement projects, organized community involvement in immunization issues, and maintained and strengthened organizational infrastructure.
