About Kyle Sipe

With over seven years of experience in the sports and fitness industry, I am passionate about promoting physical activity, wellness, and community engagement. As a sports coordinator at YMCA of Greater New York, I oversee and manage all coaching staff, schedules, rosters, and budgets for various indoor and outdoor sports programs. I am also a certified fitness center coach and an assistant track and field coach at Pratt Institute. I have a master's degree in sports business and entertainment from Manhattanville College, and a bachelor's degree in graphics and multimedia from California University of Pennsylvania. I value diversity, inclusion, and collaboration, and I strive to create a positive and supportive environment for all participants, staff, and partners. In my current role as a sports coordinator, I coach various sports such as volleyball, soccer, basketball, flag football, and track and more. I also plan, organize, and execute sports and camp events, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with YMCA standards and policies. Additionally, I leverage my skills in communication, social media marketing, and photography to promote YMCA's sports programs and increase engagement and awareness among members and the public. I enjoy working with a dynamic and dedicated team of professionals who share my vision and mission of empowering people and communities through sports and fitness.
